Full Scope New Build/Remodel

If you're embarking on a new build or a significant renovation, the comprehensive New Build/Remodel package is tailored for you. I'll collaborate closely with your builder or general contractor, carefully reviewing drawings and providing expert recommendations. My goal is to create a harmonious and cohesive design that flows seamlessly throughout your entire home or remodeled area. From flooring and wall colors to kitchen cabinetry and vanity design to tile selection, light fixtures, and more, I will guide you every step of the way. Additionally, a carefully curated selection of furniture, rugs, wall art, window treatments, and accessories brings the vision to life.

Services included but not limited to:

  • Architectural plan review

  • Material selections like floors, tile, doors, hardware, fixtures

  • Spatial renderings

  • Collaboration with architects, builders, other trades

  • Site visits

Deliverables include:

  • Design brief

  • Mood boards

  • Design development

  • Design presentation with samples

  • Specifications book for builders/GCs

  • Furniture and soft goods procurement and storage

  • Installation day(s)

Full Scope Furnishings

Design fee: $8-12+ per sq ft

Costs for material upgrades and furnishings not included in design fee

For existing homes in need of cosmetic updates without construction, the Furnishings package is the perfect choice. Your entire space will be reimagined, focusing on essential elements such as wall colors, furnishings, fixtures, hardware, art, accessories, and more. My expertise in creating beautiful and functional designs will ensure that your home reflects your unique style and meets your specific needs.

Services included but not limited to:

  • Material selections like wall color, hardware, fixtures

  • Spatial renderings

  • Site visits

Deliverables include:

  • Design brief

  • Mood boards

  • Design development

  • Design presentation with samples

  • Our journey begins with an initial consultation where I will personally visit your home to hear your story and understand the profound connection you have with Long Beach Island. As we walk through the space, we will delve into your vision and aspirations for your coastal retreat, ensuring that every detail resonates with your love for the beach. Here’s where you’ll also share with me any inspiration images you may have saved when dreaming about your new space.

  • After our initial consult, I'll dive into designing the perfect interior that captures your vision and the essence of living on Long Beach Island. Drawing from the valuable insights you shared, I'll curate tactile mood boards to guide the overall design direction.

  • Next it's time to finalize the details. This stage involves honing in on the specific elements that will bring your coastal vision to life. From selecting the perfect materials, finishes, and fixtures to fine-tuning the furniture pieces and accessories, every detail is carefully considered to ensure a cohesive and harmonious design. Once approved, purchasing begins!

  • Also known as the big reveal! I will coordinate an installation date for all your soft goods (rugs, furniture, art, accessories, bedding, etc.). I will oversee the installation process, ensuring that every element is placed according to the approved design. It's a moment of joy and fulfillment as you step into your newly designed space and experience the magic of coastal-inspired interior design.
